| Episode Title: "WORKFORCE" Production Number: 962 Original Air Date: 02-21-01 Stardates: 54584.3 Synopsis: Commander Chakotay, Ensign Kim, and Neelix return aboard the Delta Flyer after five days of trading with the Nar Shaddan, but they find the Voyager abandoned in a nebula with only the Emergency Medical Hologram aboard, now functioning as the Emergency Command Hologram. The E.C.H. tells them that the ship hit a subspace mine that flooded the ship with deadly tetrion radiation; the crew abandoned ship in escape pods, leaving the E.C.H. to repair the ship. They find the Voyager crew on Quarra, a planet with a severe labor shortage, but the crew's memories have been erased and they are now working various jobs on the planet, with no memory of being on the Voyager, except for Tuvok, who is suffering repeated flashbacks to being captured in a Quarren medical facility. He attacks Seven of Nine and performs a mind meld before security officers take him away to the medical facility. Chakotay and Neelix take Neelix's Talaxian freighter to the planet, posing as workers looking for employment in the power facility where most of the Voyager crew is working. Neelix finds B'Elanna Torres and beams her up to the Voyager, but Quarren ships attack the Voyager and they have to leave Chakotay behind.
